There usually isn’t that much exciting news in the world of l desks but I did come across some today. The Staples Corner Computer Desk is very cheap at only $48.99. This is a huge sale. Not only is this l-desk cheap, but it’s a great little desk to put in the corner of your tidy room.

Let’s start off with the bad. First, it doesn’t have all that much drawer space. Second, assembly may take you an hour which isn’t that long in the world of putting together desks but the good news about this is assembly is easy. Third, the keyboard slides deviate from the overall quality presented and are a little cheap. Obviously, the last worthwhile mention is that because it’s small, it doesn’t have a lot of surface space. All this said, you would be getting quite a bargain to buy the Staples L-Desk.
The advantages to this l shaped desk are first it’s quality. Just looking at the picture, you can see how sleek it is with the cherry pine wood finish and the smooth black desk but it’s also very sturdy which is rare is home office desks under $50. Second, again, it is very easy to put together (but I recommend getting two people). Next, it is the perfect fit in a small home office room or in a college dorm for the student.
Clearly, this isn’t a $500 lavish desk for the office. However, if you’re on a budget and looking for a great value on a small student desk, this gets the job done with a lot left over.
